If you’re not totally obsessed with your PKC Collection purchase, you may exchange or return it for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.
We provide return labels if requested via email for all U.S. Orders. The cost of a requested return label will be deducted from your store credit. Store credit never expires and will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Items marked as Final Sale purchased from our Sale Section are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is accepted you can pack and secure your order in its original package (if possible) please include packing slip.
2 Take the package to any carrier of your choice and purchase a return label.
(The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.)
*Note: If you'd like to receive a return label via email the cost of the label is based on weight and will be deducted from your return store credit. We do not profit off of shipping labels.
3 Ship the item(s) back to our return address provided on the packing slip and you're set!
Once we've received your package, our exchange department will contact you via email to issue your store credit for easy accessible shopping. Store credit does not include shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways and are not redeemable as store credit.
In the unlikely case that there is a defect with the item(s) you have received we will gladly replace your item and pay for the shipping both ways. Please email us right away!
